Working as part of the catering team in your role as Bank Chef, you will lead your shift in the running of the kitchen by providing varied, appetising and attractive food and beverages to patients, relatives, staff and visitors to the hospice. Also providing hospitality and refreshments as required. Chefs will observe and maintain high standards of personal hygiene in addition to safety and hygiene procedures for preparation and storage of food and use of kitchen equipment. Excellent knowledge of food safety and economical use of kitchen supplies is essential.
