Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking processes
• Manage and oversee food production to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
• Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to foster a positive working environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
• Train staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and service standards
• Oversee the serving process during busy periods to ensure excellent customer experience
• Implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and minimise waste
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training opportunities for team members Qualifications
• Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
• Extensive background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques
• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire staff
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on staff development and teamwork
• Knowledge of current culinary trends and innovative menu development skills
