We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef who can take the reins and lead our kitchen with flair, passion & precision. You’ll be the operational powerhouse of our kitchen – leading a talented team & working closely with Henry to keep things fresh, exciting & consistently delicious. Creating seasonal menus, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation & hygiene. Managing food costs & stock levels & collaborating on events, specials & pop-ups.
The hours are suuuuuper sociable: Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-3:30pm, Friday-Saturday 9:30am-3:30pm & 5:30pm-9pm. Sunday-Monday off. That’s five evenings off a week, as well as a weekend day!
