Duties

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of pizzas according to recipes and menu specifications
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist with meal planning and ingredient sourcing as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
• Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including proper handling of food and equipment Experience
• Proven experience in pizza making, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and hygiene practices
• Previous experience in meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced environment is desirable
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
