Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Create and develop seasonal menus that reflect local ingredients and culinary trends.
• Manage food preparation and cooking, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed, maintaining cost control and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy cafe or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent culinary skills and a passion for food.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
