We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our new opening, The Hawthorn In Shepherd’s Bush, as part of a renowned pub group with 5 successful locations across The Cotswolds.

Our focus is on exceptional service, top-quality food, and a great atmosphere. We pride ourselves on straightforward, well-sourced wine, beer & spirit selection, classic British pub-style food, and plenty of game & offal.

With an excellent reputation in The Cotswolds, we offer freshly prepared, often locally sourced food, changing dishes on the menu each month with weekly specials every weekend.

Requirements for Head Chef
Previous experience as Head Chef or sous chef looking for the next step up
A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering high cooking and preparation standards
Excellent personal presentation standards
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Fluent in English both verbally and written
Responsibilities for Head Chef
Day-to-day running of the kitchen and team management
Management of BOH Rota
Maintaining food standards and ensuring compliance
Monthly menu changes to continue and further the kitchen’s output
Effective communication with FOH during busy services
