As the Head Chef, you will oversee the bar and restaurant food outlet, serving a range of British and international pub classics. Your expertise will be crucial in creating menus for functions and private dining events.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain health and safety processes to achieve a 5-star rating
Drive sales growth by achieving GP targets and optimizing stock and labour costs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have recent experience working as a Head Chef in a multi-outlet fresh food kitchen environment. You must possess excellent leadership skills, be forward-thinking, able to work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a calm demeanor even during peak periods.
