The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
Plan and develop menus in line with hotel standards
Manage food costs, stock control, and ordering
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Good knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards
