Support the Culinary Team at Exmouth Pavilion

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Second Chef to support our kitchen and deliver a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment.

YOUR ROLE
* Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
* Prepare fresh dishes for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and pre-theatre meals, following recipes for consistent quality.
* Work efficiently to keep service smooth, reduce waste, and maintain safety.
* Assist with stock control, deliveries, and record-keeping per the Safer Food, Better Business framework.
* Suggest new menu ideas and process improvements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in hospitality or catering.
* Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and strong food safety standards.
* Great teamwork and communication skills.
* Positive attitude toward learning and supporting others.
* Ability to work quickly, with attention to detail.
* Passion for delivering excellent food to all guests.
