Head Chef

New weekend position, with the option of full time hours in the coming weeks.

We are open minded when adding new talent into our kitchen team, if you’re in the early stages of your career and wish to gain more experience or a seasoned chef / cook looking for your next role then get in contact.

This rarely available position will allow creative cooking of our daily seafood specials for our restaurant customers, alongside our famous homemade burgers and more traditional offerings.

We believe investing in the best equipment for our kitchen team, inspires creative thinking, high hygiene standards and great quality food for our customers.

We are only wanting candidates that naturally work to high hygiene standards, with good communication skills, reliable, available weekend days initially with the option of fulltime in the coming weeks.

It’s very much expected that our chefs are smart and presentable, able to control themselves during the pressures of service and are happy to get involved with all aspects of maintaining and running a successful kitchen.

After many years in the business we do understand the importance of a good work – life balance, we always try to accommodate our valued team.

Fortnightly pay into bank, holiday pay and lunch / dinner provided on shifts exceeding 6 hours.
