The rota is 11 hour days (7:30 -18:30), 3 days one week, and 4 days the next with alternate weekends off. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of £14.00. We are seeking a chef with a creative flair to raise the quality of “traditional fare” and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality cuisine and be able to contribute new ideas to our menu.
