Head Chef

Lahori Darbar is seeking an experienced Head Chef specialising in authentic Pakistani and Lahori cuisine to lead our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop traditional and modern Pakistani menu items independently
• Take full responsibility for kitchen operations and food production
• Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including training and performance
• Control stock ordering, supplier selection, and ingredient quality
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Monitor food costs, wastage, and kitchen efficiency
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant
• Proven expertise in Pakistani/Lahori cuisine
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to design menus and create new dishes independently
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards This is a senior role requiring full control of kitchen operations and menu development
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
