Head Chef

We are an events and catering company based just outside of Shaftesbury/Warminster looking for a Head Chef to help strengthen the event team.

Days and hours are flexible but are usually based on working a prep day on Tuesday/Wed/Thurs and Fri at our unit in Hindon and the event day which is usually Saturday on location.

Our principal clients are wedding couples and private dinner party hosts, we also cater for annual corporate events and a range of business functions As well as high profile clients. We have very strong relationships with many of the local events venues.

Our busy season is from Feb-Oct with Christmas and some shoots through the winter.

You must be able to work well and calmly with a small and large team, have the ability to confidently meet and chat with clients, as we do small dinner parties in private homes and tasting sessions at our unit, alongside the large 100-700 people events. The right candidate will be organised, creative and clean with the ability to direct a team and maintain high quality fine dining food and hygiene with great overall presentation. You must have a passion for food to work along side our already passionate and well oiled team. You will be responsible for doing your own events and all paper work that is involved with usual kitchen Admin We have a office staff and kitchen support team already in place to help with the day to day running all of which as friendly and efficient.
