*Duties*

• Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high standards of quality and taste
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and training as needed
• Create innovative and enticing menus that cater to diverse tastes
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions

• Extensive experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating exceptional dishes
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management
• In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
• Certification in food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and management
• Excellent inventory management

• Pay: £560.00-£700.00 per week
