Change Hospitality is proud to be partnering with one of London’s most exciting and unconventional dining concepts as they search for a Head Chef to lead their kitchen.
This is not your typical restaurant role. Our client operates a highly creative, immersive dining experience where food, theatre, and atmosphere collide. The successful candidate will be a chef who thrives on pushing boundaries, challenging traditional dining norms, and bringing bold, outside-the-box thinking to the kitchen.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading a talented team while working closely with the creative leadership behind the concept. The food offering is expressive, imaginative and constantly evolving, so a strong creative mindset is essential.
You’ll be expected to develop dishes that surprise and excite guests while maintaining high culinary standards and a smooth, well-run kitchen operation.

- Current Head Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step
- A chef with a highly creative mindset and the confidence to think differently
- Passion for experiential dining and boundary-pushing food concepts
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who embraces innovation, creativity, and unpredictability in food
