Head Chef Required – Cooking & Food Prep , compliance with legislation, food production, stock control
You will work closely alongside all parts of the team here – we are a small friendly unit and require a friendly face who will fit in and care about the business. We are also recruitting Sous Chef / Junior Sous.
Our Season is 8 months on – 4 months off (1st March – 31st Oct) Fixed Contract with opportunity to return annually
5 Days on – 2 Days off
Share of Breakfast / Evening Service
We are looking for chef’s with a “can do” attitude and an open willingness to be reliable pairs of hands. To work in unison Someone creative and works on menu ideas and daily specials with the team.
