Warehouse Order Pickers Wanted -| £15.71 per hour | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Waitrose & Partners, who are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Pickers to join their busy Regional Distribution Centre in Aylesford, Kent.
You’ll be working in a chilled environment (0°C – 5°C), ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, stable work with one of the UK’s most respected retailers.
What you’ll be doing:
– Picking and packing customer orders using head set.
– Working towards daily performance targets
– Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
– Remaining active on your feet in chilled conditions
Shift & Pay:
– Night Shift: 23:00-07:00
– Pay Rate: £15.71 per hour
– Shifts: 5 days over 7 (including weekends on most rotas)
– Ongoing weekly rota provided
