Company Description Prem contract: 37.5 hours per week (nights) Working 5/7 day a week over three shift patterns.

Late shift 1 16,00pm to 11.30pm Lates Shift 2 18.00pm to 01.30am minus 30 minute break.

Nights Shift 07.30pm to 03.00am minus 30 minute break.

Salary: £12.71 per hour plus night shifts premium.

Friday extra £13.93 for working that day.

Saturday extra £28.53 for working that day.

Hourly shift Premium after 14.00pm extra £1.63 per hour.

Hourly shift premium after 22.00pm extra £2.54 per hour.

Location: Morrisons. Burton Latimer distribution warehouse.

• Job Description
• *Responsibilities:**
• Prepare and cook meals for approximately 150 covers per night, serving back and night shift colleagues in the staff canteen
• Maintain comprehensive food safety compliance and ensure all Health & Safety record keeping is completed accurately and in accordance with company policy
• Uphold rigorous kitchen standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace that meets company requirements at all times
• Contribute to inventory management through stock taking and assist with procurement and ordering processes as required
• Ensure all food preparation and cooking procedures adhere to established health, safety, and hygiene protocols

Qualifications

• Professional cooking qualification or equivalent culinary certification (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume food production environments (mandatory)
• Proven competency in large-scale meal preparation and kitchen operations
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
• Ability to maintain rigorous standards in fast-paced kitchen environments
