The Opportunity Are you looking to kickstart your career in a professional kitchen? Suzette , South Kensington’s favorite authentic French crêperie, is looking for an energetic and ambitious Kitchen Assistant to join our team on Bute Street.

This isn’t just a "prep and wash" job. We are looking for someone with the drive to learn the specialized art of the crêpe. Our goal is to train you up to become a fully-fledged Crepier.

The Role

You will be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly while learning the ropes of Breton cuisine.

Your Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Support: Assisting the chefs with food prep (chopping fresh produce, preparing savory fillings, and whisking batters).
• Station Maintenance: Ensuring the kitchen stays clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Dish Management: Keeping the flow of service moving by managing the wash station during peak times.
• Training: Shadowing our head crepiers to learn the technique of spreading, flipping, and folding the perfect galette. Who You Are
