Job Summary Aqua have recently joined up with supreme sports lounge to bring their pizza, smashed burger and nibble concept to this already bustling environment.

This is a one person kitchen so we are looking to recruit someone who is comfortable working on there on even though the bar staff are there also.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in there work and there kitchen. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza / Grill Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious pizzas and grilled dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

A strong focus on food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction is essential.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a range of pizzas, grilled meats, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Organise the kitchen station for efficient workflow during service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Monitor ingredients stock levels and place orders when needed.
• Serve dishes promptly to ensure optimal freshness and presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and support overall restaurant operations.
• Follow health and safety, food safety procedures at all times to create a safe working environment. Experience
• Previous experience at a similar level is essential.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and grilling is a must.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices is essential although full training will be given.
• Experience in meal preparation, food service, or serving in a busy kitchen setting is a must.
• Candidates with kitchen experience demonstrating organisation, efficiency, to detail will be prioritised. Pay: £14.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40.0 per week
