Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join their talented team in the production kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
-Preparing exceptional dishes for a range of events, from intimate gatherings to large functions
-Working with premium, responsibly sourced local produce
-Contributing creative input to menus and seasonal specials
-Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen efficiency
-Collaborating closely with the friendly team of chefs and front-of-house staff
The Ideal Candidate:
-Solid experience as a Chef in catering, events, or a high-quality hospitality setting
-Genuine enthusiasm for food and innovative cooking
-Excellent organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
-Flexibility for evening and weekend work to support events
-A full UK driving licence would be beneficial given the rural location
