Position Summary:
Under the general guidance of the F&B Director you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Booking Office 1869, Summer terrace & Mi&Me operations ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and alignment with the hotel’s brand standards. You will lead your team to deliver consistent, luxury-level experiences while driving revenue, maintaining cost controls, and cultivating a strong people culture. Marketing ideas to promote business, maintaining low levels of employee turnover through an inspiration people culture, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping this area of the hotel an aspiration venue.
