The Old Ram at Tivetshall St. Mary has recently been acquired any new owners and is undergoing an extensive refurbishment to bring the pub back to its former glory.

We are looking for a pastry chef to head up the section and to work with a talented head chef and hands on owners to deliver a fantastic daily changing menu using the very best ingredients East Anglia & The British isles has to offer.

The pub will be re-opening in June and will be positioned as ‘the place’ for dining in the local & regional area This is a serious operation and the owners are hands on experienced individuals who work alongside the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service every day.

This is an opportunity for a super passionate individual to show what they are capable of and to take a step up, paired with a fantastic head chef & professional FOH team that have worked at Michelin star level in a management capacity, a carefully curated wine list and fantastic dining environment, this pub will be set up for success.

We want in individual who knows how to have fun whilst at work – banter is a must, whilst at the same time having an ironclad work ethic.

This person will journey with us and share in the fruits of our success by means of a tip share, (£4k-£5k per year) competitive salary and zero phone calls from owners when you are away from the business!
