Are you a passionate, fast-paced chef who thrives under pressure? We are looking for a Match Day Concourse Chef to support food production and service across our busy stadium concourse outlets during our matchdays and events. You will deliver a first-class public catering service with a welcoming and friendly attitude, ensuring every supporter enjoys an outstanding match day experience.
This role requires attendance at league and cup fixtures, along with participation in relevant briefings and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with all Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
Manage the team on a designated concession area, delivering an efficient service to the highest standard.
Lead, motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results Maintain excellent communication and teamwork, with the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver a customer-focused service with exceptional attention to detail.
Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally Demonstrate full knowledge of all menu items and products.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
Support training and development to ensure consistent standards are met.
Address staffing or operational issues as required.
Encourage collaboration with other departments to ensure overall match day success.
Undertake any additional duties as requested by management.
