Sous Chef

Sous Chef – Care Home – From £35,000 – 40 Hours Alternate Weekends You’ll be working in a well-presented, luxury care home where food is a central part of residents’ daily experience. As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in running the kitchen day to day, maintaining a consistent standard while ensuring meals are nutritious, well-balanced, and prepared to a restaurant standard.

• Experience working in a care home or similar environment is strongly preferred.

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance
