• Support the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Lead a section and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness
• Support and guide junior chefs, ensuring development and consistency
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials
• Ensure smooth service during busy periods, maintaining calm and organisationPerson Specification
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level within a quality kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality food
• Have multiple AA Rosette Cooking Experience or similar standard
• Good leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
• Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills
• Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the kitchen
