Junior Sous Chef – Luxury Country House Hotel – Northamptonshire Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Towcester area who are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef. You will be working in the hotel fine dining restaurant preparing meals for lunch and dinner service to 2AA rosette level standards. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Executive Chef's absence.
