• Junior Sous Chef – Full Time

Tolly’s Tolly’s is looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team on a full-time basis.

We are a busy breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant, dedicated to serving high-quality dishes made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. If you love fresh food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

• Key responsibilities:
• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Help train and motivate junior team members
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
• Ensure all dishes are prepared fresh and to spec What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
