Sous Chef Opportunity at Busy Hotel in Windsor Our client based in Windsor is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and has a busy restaurant as well as riverside bar. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering meals for the Restaurant, Bar Lounge, Banqueting and Room Service.

The Role
- Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
- Ability to deliver modern fresh food
- Good Team Player & Motivator
- The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a busy 4* hotel or similar
- Ambitious and career orientated
