What you’ll do:
– Take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away
– Lead and inspire a team of six to deliver up to 1,000 meals per shift
– Keep standards high – from food quality to hygiene
– Manage stock, orders, and ensure smooth daily service
– Support training and development for your team.
