Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy country pub & restaurant based close to Oundle This is an opportunity for an ambitious Sous to take the next step in their career and work in a succesful and busy business. The pub serves a modern british seasonal menu which is popular all year rouund. The role is working 5 days from 7 with overtime paid. Candidates will need their own transport due to location.

• Working closely with the Head Chef
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
• Experience of working in a busy country pub envrionment or similar
