£48000 per annum package We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a quality-driven hotel .
This role is ideal for a Senior Sous Chef with strong hotel experience and a solid background in modern European cuisine , looking to work in a professional, well-structured kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead and motivate the brigade during service
- Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Assist with menu development and execution
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance
- Support training and development of junior chefs
- Maintain organisation, prep levels and service flow About You:
- Proven hotel kitchen experience (essential)
- Strong background in modern European cooking
- Experience working with fresh, seasonal produce
- Confident leading a section and supporting service
- Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
- Full right to work in the UK Package:
- £48000 per annum
