NOWHERE is an exciting restaurant in the heart of Holmfirth, where locally sourced and seasonal ingredients is at the heart of our menu. We are now looking for a sous chef join our kitchen team.
As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with the freshest ingredients, where possible, sourced from the local area. From our kitchen menu, to our nano-brewery, kombucha, natural wines, and home made cold-pressed juices, everything is carefully curated to reflect the best of what the region has to offer. Local and sustainable is a key driver in everything we do – our philosophy is to keep it simple and do it better. In addition to the restaurant, NOWHERE has an art gallery, holds events such as live music, and a cinema room.
We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, multi-task and work efficiently, whilst growing and developing their skills as the business progresses. You should be passionate about delivering fresh, healthy and natural food for an enjoyable customer experience, with the ability to work well within a small team.
