• What we look for in a Sous Chef:

– As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.

– Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.

– A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.

– Bring the best out of the kitchen team.

– Take pride in every successful service.

– A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
