Sous Chef

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Chef to join our busy golf club kitchen.

The role involves preparing clubhouse meals, daily specials, and catering for small events and functions.

• Duties include:
• Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch menu
• Event and function catering
• Stock control and ordering
• Maintaining high food hygiene standards
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

Requirements:

• Previous chef experience required
• Food hygiene certificate preferred
• Must be reliable and able to work weekends
• Own transport preferred due to location
