Sous Chef – Come Join Our Country Pub Kitchen We’re on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join our friendly team at our lovely country pub in Bishops Tachbrook.

If you love cooking proper fresh food, enjoy working with a good bunch of people, and want to be part of a busy, welcoming pub, this could be right up your street.

A bit about us, We’re a relaxed, community-focused pub with a great reputation for tasty food and a warm atmosphere. Think classic pub dishes done really well, with a bit of creativity and seasonal flair. What you’ll be doing You’ll be right at the heart of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and helping keep everything running smoothly, Jumping in on prep and service Helping shape menus and specials, Keeping standards high (and plates looking great)Supporting and motivating the team, Helping with ordering, stock, and keeping things organised What we’re after Someone with Sous Chef experience A real love for fresh, good-quality food, A team player with a positive attitude, Someone who can stay calm when it gets busy, Good attention to detail without overcomplicating things.

• What you’ll get

£34,000 per year + approx. £6,000 service charge 42 hours per week, with a mix of shifts across weekdays and weekends.
