Are you passionate about food production and ready to take the next step in your culinary career? Join our dynamic team as a Production Kitchen Sous chef, where you\’ll play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality hot and cold food to multiple sales outlets.
What You’ll Do:
– Supervise and assist in the day-to-day production of a wide range of meals
– Ensure all food is prepared to company standards and health & safety guidelines
– Coordinate with delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution to outlets
– Support and train team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
– Report in to the head chef daily
