Sous Chef

We are currently looking for a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join the team at this popular fine dining hotel and restaurant with a fantastic reputation for consistent quality.
The menus are created from top notch seasonal ingredients with dishes cooked in both modern and classical styles
The role will involve working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef assisting with the running of the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring all daily prep is completed
Additionally, live-in accommodation is available for this position, or it may suit candidates living near Stamford, Market Deeping, Oakham, Corby, or the Peterborough area with their own transport.
