Location: Wellington Barracks, 60 Petty France, London SW1H 9EUPay: £15.90 per hour | Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hrs/week)Schedule: 5 days over 7 (alternate weekends) | Shifts: Early (06:30–14:30) & Late (10:00–18:00)

With three busy kitchens and a vibrant service to deliver, you’ll play a key role in leading the brigade, supporting the Head Chef, and ensuring every dish is exceptional.

What You’ll Do:
– Lead kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
– Prepare dishes to spec, following recipe sheets and allergen guidelines.
– Manage food production, reduce waste, and maintain stock control.
– Receive and store deliveries using FIFO procedures.
– Allocate tasks and mentor the kitchen team.
– Maintain hygiene standards and oversee deep cleans.
– Ensure all team members are trained and compliant.
What We’re Looking For:
– UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
– Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
– Relevant culinary qualification and at least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
– Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
– Calm under pressure, organised, and ready for a trade test.
