Job Description Aramark UK are currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of in house food at Great Western Hospital, SN3 6BB.

– You will be running shifts and guiding your team when the Head Chef is not present, producing meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner – so organisation and the ability to thrive under pressure is required!
– You will be organising and supporting your team to ensure a smooth operation daily, allocating tasks so that your team and time are fully utilised.
– You will be producing food in line with recipe sheets, and have full knowledge of all menu items served, including allergen information.
– Carrying out deep cleans daily / weekly alongside your team, ensuring all staff are fully trained on their sections and have undertaken any relevant training as required.
