* Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
* Oversee compliance, prep, and service operations.
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
* Support and develop kitchen staff, encouraging skill growth.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen running.
*About You:*
* Minimum two years’ proven experience as a Sous Chef in a quality pub or restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of local West Country seasonal ingredients.
* Excellent time management, self-motivated, and driven.
* Outstanding attention to detail.
* Willingness to develop and adapt to the evolving needs of our business.
* Reside within a reasonable commute and hold a full driving license.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve and build positive, professional relationships.
