The Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering outstanding cuisine across our service periods. You’ll be integral to maintaining high standards of food preparation, kitchen organisation, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and delivering daily menus
* Supervise and motivate kitchen staff
* Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Ensure all dishes meet health & safety and hygiene standards
* Assist with ordering, stock control, and portion cost management
* Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar kitchen leadership role
* Strong culinary background with creative flair
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for quality produce and guest satisfaction

Salary Range (Recommended)
£32,000 – £34000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
