The post will consist of varied duties to include planning and preparing food items to ensure the highest quality for our patients and visitors, to keep a kitchen organised and running efficiently, to ensure correct food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures, taking patients meal orders face to face, serving patient meals, clearing away, washing up, cleaning of departments and equipment, food prep, receiving and monitoring deliveries, putting food items away, following all guidance on labelling and stock control.
