• What you'll do:
• Be a competent cook able to produce simple but delicious meals
• Have a can-do attitude towards our client and endeavour to accommodate any requests that they make
• Contribute to a positive and forward-thinking kitchen culture
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of HACCP
• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Allergens
• Support the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards on a daily basis and have the ability to supervise in her absence
• Demonstrate strong organisational & time management skills
• Show a passion for hygiene, safety, and top-quality service
• Have an eye for quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation What you'll bring:
• Experience cooking 20 people at one time and serving the food a la carte style
• Knowledge of HACCP and allergens.
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
