We’re currently recruiting for an ambitious apprentice chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Venue Collection on a full-time basis contracted to 40 hours per week.</li>

<p>As an apprentice chef you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers. This is an hourly paid role, with shifts that may include early starts (e.g., 2 a.m.) or late finishes (e.g., 11:30 p.m.), with no requirement for split or double shifts.</p>

<li>Main Duties</li>

<p>&#8211; Assist in all areas of food preparation and service.</p>
<p>&#8211; Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service.</p>
<p>&#8211; Ensure the quality, quantity, and presentation of food meets company standards.</p>
<p>&#8211; Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working in a dynamic kitchen environment and delivering exceptional food.</p>

<p>&#8211; Previous kitchen, food preparation, and service experience (airport setting helpful but not essential).</p>

<p>&#8211; Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.</p>
