Job Title: Apprentice Commis ChefSalary: £28,918.80 per yearLocation: Church Road, Wimbledon, SW19 5AEReporting to: Head Chef Hours/working pattern: 40 Hours per week, 7-day operation, day and evening shifts including some weekends. We\’re currently recruiting an ambitious Apprentice Commis Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full-time basis contracted to 40 Hours per week.
As an Apprentice Commis Chef, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers. Due to contractual requirements candidates must be aged 18+.
You do not need to have any experience to apply for this vacancy as full training will be provided as part of the Apprenticeship!
On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Commis Chef L2 and become a qualified Chef.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learn all aspects of the kitchen from the entire team alongside your studies
- Complete dishes according to fully inclusive spec’s, flavour profiles and dish descriptions created by the senior chef team
- Work with ingredients from our ethos of seasonality, sustainability, and local sourcing.
- Maintain and deliver high company standards including food safety and staff behaviour.
- Support and execute kitchen responsibilities both individually and part of a team to achieve desired standards.
