Early (06:00/07:00 –14:00/15:00) and Late (10:00/11:00 –18:00/19:00) Job Ref: 631243 We’re currently seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team at Elizabeth Barracks in Pirbright. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your culinary career within a global leader in hospitality and catering services.

As a Chef, you’ll play a key role in food preparation and production, ensuring high standards and minimal waste. You’ll also support and mentor new team members, helping them learn kitchen procedures and standards.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner services.
• Deliver silver service-level catering for functions and hospitality events.
• Follow recipe cards and maintain food safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records.
• Monitor and record temperatures of kitchen equipment.
• Participate in daily and weekly deep cleaning routines.
• Support and coach new team members.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Relevant culinary qualifications (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)
• A confident team player with effective communication skills.
• Flexible and innovative approach to work.
• Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
• Must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
