Duties

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Skills
