Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning and development, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency in all dishes served.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are stocked and available for service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience
• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar culinary setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a kitchen team effectively, with excellent supervisory skills.
• Experience in menu creation and understanding of culinary trends is advantageous.
