Job Summary We are seeking a talented Cooks to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety, and managing kitchen operations efficiently. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Manage food production processes, maintaining quality and consistency across all menu items
• Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control effectively
• Train new team members in food preparation, safety procedures, and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times Requirements
• Proven experience in a culinary role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
• Supervising experience a benefit or to have the ability to lead
• Strong knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and presentation skills
• Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards service and teamwork
